People come to work with me for a variety of reasons such as: physical ailments, difficult emotions, life transitions, identity shifts/crisis, career changes, love and relationships, lifestyle changes, increase of well-being, self-esteem, and more..  

When people come to me, they are usually dealing with an issue or circumstance that is not in alignment with how they want to feel and where they want to be. These ‘situations’ allow us to work together in order to understand how we get ourselves there, and how we co-create those often uncomfortable experiences. Once we have understood the purpose of “why us”, or why an unconscious part of ourselves created this, then we can start moving forward towards deciding what we would like to create instead. This is a very empowering process that often starts with a situation or an emotion that is not ideal, and ends up providing us with all the necessary material to learn how we specifically create our life, and take action accordingly.

When working together, it is always fundamental to take action and move forward with the insights that will come from each session. I will always be there following up, and holding the container of the experience with compassion and kindness, all in order to determine the best ways to continue developing and crafting the main project which is living the best possible life. 

Taking action is always very different for each person. This is what makes working with Paz a truly unique experience. In these sessions, we will develop resources and tools specifically tailored to you, that you will be able to use in your daily life. These are essentially new ‘programs’ that will replace the old patterns that do not serve you any more. As we move forward with implementing these new resources, we will tweak and refine them until you can ultimately become independent of me, so you can continue walking on this beautiful path on your own.

These one on one sessions will allow you to find your own resources, to actualize whatever is in alignment with yourself, and with the universe, in order to start living in a state of flow. A state which is very beneficial to the self, and greatly necessary in this moment of change and transition for this planet and all of its species. Our thoughts are so powerful that it is always recommended to learn how to work with the mind, becoming mindful, using its potential and power to co-create whatever you experience in your reality through the lens of your perception.

Couple’s Coaching

Working with couples is always unique. With each couple we come together to create resources and tools that support both individuals and the relationship. The main goal is to improve the situation at hand by taking responsibility and creating the right solutions together. Typically we will make sure we are all on the same page and formulate the right type of agreements that make sense to follow in order to increase the relationship’s well being based on where the individuals in the relationship want to be. 

Some of the situations that we can work through are: all types of relationship-related issues, getting married and needing an officiant, or getting ready for married life, major life changes in either individual or the couple that are overwhelming and require support, issues with either of the individual’s families that affect the relationship, addressing triggers from previous painful experiences in life, lifestyle and habit changes, wanting to separate in the healthiest and most loving way, transition into polyamory or an open relationship, conflict de-escalation and resolution, and the requirement to have a mediator to bring balance and neutrality into the mix. 

In my experience working with couples, I typically observe that when we identify and clear limiting beliefs about the way things should be, we create a genuine and coherent bond that honours both of your amazing selves (this also includes both deciding to step out of the relationship and move on as separate individuals).
